Good Projects
Get Ur Good On and Operation Smile want you to Get Ur Good On for Global Youth Service Day (GYSD) 2011, a day of service powered by Youth Service America. GYSD, April 15-17, is the only day of service that focuses specifically on youth and the good that they can do in their communities.
You can make a difference in the lives of children with cleft lips or cleft palates by raising funds through your service projects during GYSD. Hold a bike-a-thon, bake sale or a benefit concert with your friends. There are many ways to get involved and create new smiles for children born with facial deformities. Here is a list of more fundraising ideas.
If you raise $240 you can give a child in need a bright new smile! Create a fundraising page and keep track of the funds you raise to your page. Create a OneSmile page with a goal and send it to family and friends via email and Facebook to let them know you’re raising smiles for GYSD!
Remember to register your project on the GYSD map!

- also ich kann das nicht verstehn,,es ist zwar gut das miley den armen hilft.ich kann das nicht leiden ,,das reiche leute immer mehr egoistisch werden.und ich bin mir ziemlich sicher das miley früher ein besserer mensch war als sie jetzt ist .das geld hatt sie verückt gemacht .und ich bin mir ziemlich sicher das miley keine 2 tage es in meinem leben aushalten würde.ich hasse leute die glauben sie wollen aus dem herzen helfen,,,aber sie wissen nicht wie es wirklich ist.!!

- Ich versteh das ganze nicht.miley ist gleich wie wir alle,,und es gibt viele die eine tolle stimme haben ,,.aber ehrlich wieso sollte mann geld bekommen fürs singen .wenn ich mir vorstelle das ich nicht mal 2 jahre jünger bin wie sie ,,und ich kann auch gut singen ,aber ich will das gar nicht ,,ich will nicht geld dafür bekommen .vlt versteht hier mich keiner aber langsam bin ich am überlegen,,wie wir menschen geworden sind .!!

- I gave money to the Royal British Poppy Legion and wore a poppy. In our school we took around poppies to each class so pupils could give money and wear a poppy to support the cause.
