Despite what most people think, Japan does need our help. This week, me and my friend Rachel got together and decided to do something about it. We made hemp bracelets with red and white beads, representing Japan. Then, we started selling them as a part of student council at our school. So far, we have raised roughly $286.45 in just three days! We are planning on doing much more, then donating all the money to Japan.

Our town organized a Open Jam Fund Raiser for Haiti like the one in Hannah Montana the movie I guess (: We have had lots of support from the community and hope to make lots for the survivors of the earthquake.
