In 2010 i learnt how to do basic first aid through part of my school. Now not only is it a great skill to have since it looks good when you go for a job. But it also gives you and people around you a sense of relief. I just found out that the girl who sits in front of me in my third period physical science class has just gotten pregnant. She had been caught having sex at school once before, and though she was suspended, she never really changed her ways.

Our school just ended a fundraiser for Relay for Life. We participate in this support program every year, and I am proud to say that we did amazingly. Our goal was $5000, and we always complete a money-raising part in which every third period class donates whatever is in their pockets or any money they bring from home, plus the annual walk - our goal covered both of these parts.

We have yet to complete the walk, and already we have met our goal.
