Ok, so today I saw the hundred ways I could help "get my good on" and I found the best site! Christmas Parade

Today I helped my School's club "interact" build a christmas float for a parade. I stayed from 9am to 1:30pm helping make the float as big and bright as possible! It looks so great and I cant wait to see everyone's face when they see the coolest float ever!!

Holiday Cards for the Elderly

The holidays are a time for family and friends to come together and bring joy to each other. Today in school we were talking about how a lot of elderly people in the community don't have any family and friends around and the holidays can get pretty lonely for them. With Thanksgiving quickly approaching we are all reminded of what the holiday is all about. Thanksgiving is all about giving thanks for what we have. I donated blood for the first time!!

It was an amazing experience. I have wanted to for a while but you had to be 16 and I finally could! I saved three lives by donating blood. I am also allowed to donate every 5 months, and I plan on doing so. It honestly didn't hurt and I didn't get dizzy whatsoever. I walked off the big red bus feeling like I did such a good thing. I got turned away :(

I tryed to help out at a few animal shelters but unfortunatley I am too young. But I want to say even if you get turned away dont give up, there is always something for you to do. I am now looking to organise an event with my friends and donate to the local animal shelters.
