So I just signed up for this today. And so far I love what it does! Anyways, I wanted to let people know what my main cause is about and get some more ideas on ways to fundraise for it. Basically I want to donate to a research foundation to find a cure for Type 1 diabetes,in addition to raising awareness about the disease. I am in the process of setting up a display at the library near my house and conducting the first fundraiser (collecting scrap metal from pop cans and such to sell to the scrap metal company in town) but I'm afraid this won't raise much money. Does anyone have ideas??? Please HELP!!!
