Help??

I seriously want to get into helping people. But the problem is, I don't know where to start! I live in a small town so really there's not much I can do! Any suggestions?

Comment by Nicole on July 29, 2010 at 6:03pm: I can't say I have the same problem, since my community is very large and next to a major city, but the best place to start is on the internet or in your school! My school has over 100 clubs, so you can try starting one of your own. Try volunteetmatch.org, the Red Cross, the Salvation Army, Peace Corps, WWE, and even ASPCA websites for tips on starting your own cause. You could give back to soldiers by making care packages, volunteer at hospitals, set up a soup kitchen, tutor students, volunteer at animal shelters, and much more! Try seeing if you can start a volunteering organization/club at your school or community center. You could also try asking the mayor of your city to sponsor/help. Hope I helped!
