I've been very busy so I haven't gotten the chance to blog. But I have been helping out a homeless shelter thirty minutes away from my house. I have also been helping a lot at church to donate to several soup kitchens. I have probably made at least 500 cupcakes & 300 brownies this month alone. I've been spending a lot of time in the kitchen but I really don't mind because its for a good cause and its a lot of fun. I personally love baking and its especially fun when your family & friends help out. Food is time when a family comes together, that's what part of the holidays about. So if you know a family or know of any near by homeless shelter in need of food go make bake goods, it can surely sooth their soul.Have fun and remember that you are blessed to have food in your table and you should share that privilege!

Everyone take care, I hope you had amazing and delicious holiday gatherings.
Have a healthy & prosperous New Year! I'm really pumped up for 2010.
