Two of my friends and I are/were selling bracelets to raise money. A family friend recently died from cancer and his 3 kids (an 8th grader, a college student, and one a couple years out of college) are now living together and providing for themselves. So we were raising money to give to them. We were selling them through school so it was easy to collect order forms and deliver them to students throughout the day. But now that its summer we cant do that. and i need ideas of how else i can sell them. i have done research and there is not a flea market in my city where we can sell them. and it costs too much to have to mail the bracelets to customers. and i cannot get an etsy or ebay account. does anybody have any other ideas for how i can sell the bracelets????? ideas and suggestions are much appreciated! :)

Comment by cheapnike on April 29, 2013 at 7:50am Several months ago, Adidas unveiled its latest sneaker design from outrageous; Beverly Hills designer Jeremy Scott Wings -- a shoe that features bright yellow shackles that attach to the wearer's ankles. "Got a sneaker game so hot you lock your kicks to your ankles?" asked the Adidas official Facebook page.
Though the design has been released for a while, this week, a buzz began on social media as consumers began to complain that the shoes evoked images of slavery jeremy scott adidas wings. "Any designer that's nostalgic for slavery will Never have my support Jeremy Scott Wings; said one commenter.

Comment by Christina Sabatini on July 3, 2012 at 7:27pm Hey! We are www.globalwristbandproject.com and in the last two years have raised over $80,000 for meaningful causes with the sale of wristbands.
My name is Christina Sabatini, I founded Global Wristband Project after wanting to raise $20,000 for HIV/AIDS projects in South Africa. I've been selling these bands to help raise awareness for people's cause ever since. I can help you with your cause.
Please email me at globalwristbands@gmail.com. I'm happy to share the many things I've done to sell over 10,000 wristbands in under 2 years.
Nice meeting you!
Comment by Donna on June 30, 2012 at 6:22pm Definitely check your local neighborhood to see if there are any upcoming arts or craft fairs coming up, and maybe you can set up a booth there. There are a lot of events that are happening during the summer, so stay in check with whatever's happening in your city or town and see if there are any opportunities. Also you might be able to set up shop in the streets. Be sure to ask store owners before opening up though, and Im sure they'd be happy to help out in the cause. Best of luck!

Comment by kaela collazo on June 21, 2012 at 5:40pm try talking to local businesses and see if you can set up a stand outside their store or even in the store. you could even try talking to your library or places in the mall. i dont know if where you live has community days or community parties but you could sell at those too. some friends and I used to do that kind of stuff to raise money for school events. hope this helps.:)
