Alexa was selected to meet Miley service from www.GetUrGoodOn.org because she is making a difference in her community. She brought 2 of her friends Kayla and Cory. A;exa is involved with Birch Buddies, a program at her elementary school where she was paired with a child with learning disabilities for two years. She also recycles so much, she has inspired her whole family to start recycling too. She also donates gently used clothing to Vietnam War Veterans, hosted a book drive for a local children's hospital, and volunteered at a local children's day camp for kids with cancer.
