The mall put the event together and invited anyone that wanted to set up a table to do so. We decorated the table with some school decorations and handed out candy and spider rings.

A great idea! How did you set-up the table? Did you have to ask permission from people in the mall?

Dress in Black Day
Hey, so I'm going to try to blog as much as I can, but not much new happened today. I did sign up for "Dress in Black" day at our school. We dress in all black and cannot talk all day to represent unborn babies and how they have no say in their future when they are aborted. I go to a Catholic school and we don't think abortion is right. Nobody has the right to take away another person's life. There are many alternatives to abortion, and people need to stop and think about the futures their…See More

Miley, thanks for being such a great role model and inspiration. You care about your fans so much and I think this is a great way to help get teens involved. This website lets us know of so many volunteer opportunities that we may not have thought o…

Profile Information

If you were the mayor, what changes would you make in your community?
I would let teens have more impact and participation in the community. I think more teens should be mentors for children in the community. A lot of organizations say that they want adult mentors, but I think teens can be great mentors too.
What are the 7 Things or problems in the world you want to help solve?
A few things I can think of are:
1. Feed hungry children all around the world, but especially here in the United States.
2. Education for everyone. If someone wants to go to college, money should not stop them.
Short "About Me" section
I am a high school senior and I am a HUGE fan of Miley Cyrus. I play softball and love to hang out with my friends. I am in several clubs at my school that get me involved in a lot of community service and I enjoy helping others.

Hey guys, I am a member of Team Jonas and this girl on there was asking for people to make videos of how we could help the earth with Disney's Friends for Change. It was a great idea, so I submitted a few video clips. She put the video on youtube and here is the website if you want to watch it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7oZaxER_6o

Hey, I am new to this website. I really like the idea behind the site. It's a great resource for teens who want to get involved but don't know how. I also love that Miley is helping. She is such an inspiration and role model to me, and I just love her. She shows us that even though we are young, we can still make a difference.
Anyway, I just signed up to help with a halloween party for disabled kids in th community next weekend. I can't wait. I love working with children and we get to give… Continue

Hey guys, I just heard of this great volunteer activity, especially if you like to workout. Go to http://www.care.org/features/workout/index.asp?s_src=170960110000&s_subsrc= and log your workout hours. For every hour that you workout, he will donate $5. And as a bonus, you will receive a t-shirt when you log 100 hours. I think this is a wonderful idea. We can help raise money for maternal health and gender equality by doing something we probably already do. I have already started to log my… Continue
