Music for Charity

Last year, I was in NJHS (National Junior Honor Society) and we did a bunch of cool things like Pasta For Pennies, we had a food drive, we had a toy drive for kids at the Ronald McDonald house, plenty of the same things schools usually do for charities, but I felt like those ideas were too small, and one night, I was listening to "Oh Africa" by Akon ft. Meilene visit

About two weeks ago my school's Interact club made their annual visit to the nursing home next to the school. However, it was only my first time. We brought in food for them to eat and we sang for them. It's a shame that I am graduating this year and won't be able to take part in the visits with the school anymore. American Red Cross

So this year the American Red Cross wanted to do a flash mob ( a flash mob: is out of nowhere people starts to dance and it's usually to raise awareness for something). They wanted to raise awareness of how CPR saves lives. My dance teacher was choreographing the whole thing and we'll preform it at the annual Battle Creek Breakfast Table. hmmtkfMOVIN Formation of a team!

Hey its Samantha again. I have decided to form kinda like a team of all my closest friends to go around and help out in my community. I do not have all of it worked out yet but I think that we will go to a shelter in Panama City and help serve food for the homeless. emily lets help!

Recently i had a fundraiser at my school for a local family of four a mother a father and two kids the mother died very unexpectedly. We raised $1000!! Im so happy! but, this is only ont thing i did to help there is many more things we could all do to help imagine what the world would be like if we all helped with even small things! if everyone did one little thing to help with the oil spill maybey we could get most of it fixed!!
